The exposome — our cumulative toxic burden — may be the missing explanation for the chronic disease epidemic we keep misreading as infection.

Abstract visualization of environmental and chemical toxins alongside organic natural elements, representing the human body's cumulative toxic load.

Exposome — the cause of so many health conditions we attribute to infection, or label as a syndrome or idiopathic.

When we look for what causes disease, our scientific institutions and public health systems have focused on infectious diseases and genetics as the causes for most conditions. What has been largely overlooked and underappreciated are the effects of toxic exposures, including environmental toxins and those we inject and ingest. Vaccines and acetaminophen are extremely toxic — vaccines bypass our natural defenses by being injected, and acetaminophen hijacks our detox pathways by depleting glutathione.

We live in a world that is becoming increasingly toxic with no end in sight at this point. This largely explains why health is deteriorating despite massive expenditures for the so-called health care system that doesn't even acknowledge, let alone understand, the exposome and the role of cumulative toxins on our health.

Parents, and all who desire improved health outcomes — this is the most important issue of our time. Understand that knowing begins the healing. Many of the toxins that are the biggest contributors to our toxic load (exposome) are avoidable.

Vaccines can be avoided. As I outline in Vax Facts, for every vaccine on the childhood immunization schedule, your child is more likely to die from the vaccine than from the disease for which you are vaccinating.

William Parker, PhD, has published extensively on the harms of acetaminophen and has recently released his book Tylenol and Autism: Evidence, Scientific Blunders, and Medicine Gone Wrong.

When it comes to autism and what causes it, the exposome theory explains it best. I'm convinced that vaccines are a major cause, but clearly not the only cause, as there are some unvaccinated children who developed profound autism. Retired food scientist Woodrow Monte, author of While Science Sleeps, is convinced aspartame is causative. Stephanie Seneff wrote the masterpiece on glyphosate, Toxic Legacy: How the Weedkiller Glyphosate Is Destroying Our Health and the Environment, showing how glyphosate is a unique and dangerous toxin and a big part of the current exposome.

I want to end with a message of hope. If you are a parent — or thinking about becoming one — and you worry about what kind of world you will be bringing children into, here is my message of hope. We now know many of the worst offenders. You can decline vaccines and eliminate that toxic threat. You can avoid acetaminophen and aspartame, and you should. You can largely avoid most glyphosate by eating true organic. Some of the other major threats can be minimized by drinking filtered water, breathing purified air. There are a host of ways one can detox themselves from past exposures.

Remember one toxin that most of us ignore, and that is stress. We live in a stressed-out world and expose ourselves to constant stress. Screen time is a major stress, toxic relationships are a chronic stress, and we can all write down our own list of major stressors. Do what you can to eliminate and reduce these as much as possible! Your life and that for your children may just depend on it.

Remember above all else, focus on love. Love yourself and love others.

Blessings.
