Dr. Paul Thomas' Case at the U.S. Supreme Court: National Health Federation's Amicus Brief in Support
A Critical Step Toward Exposing the Corruption in the Medical Board System and Regaining the Right to Practice
In February 2025, the National Health Federation (NHF) filed an amicus brief supporting my petition before the U.S. Supreme Court. This brief highlights the injustice I’ve faced and the need for the Court to examine the actions of medical boards that punish those who challenge the vaccine narrative. After publishing research on the health outcomes of vaccinated versus unvaccinated children, I found myself targeted by the Oregon Medical Board, which revoked my medical license. The brief underscores the role of pharmaceutical interests in pushing medical boards to silence doctors who speak out.
"Petitioner Dr. Paul Thomas is credible, likeable, published, and has over 500,000,000 views on his YouTube channel where he questions vaccines and features non-pharma options for families. His influence is the most likely reason his license was targeted by Respondents."
– National Health Federation Amicus Brief
- My Influence: With over 500 million views on my YouTube channel, I’ve built trust with families seeking non-pharmaceutical options for their children. My research on vaccines has helped many families make informed choices about their children's health.
- The Role of Medical Boards: The brief calls attention to how state medical boards, target doctors like me who publish research showing the superior health outcomes of unvaccinated children, all while aligning with pharmaceutical interests.
- Corruption and Censorship: The NHF argues that the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB) is complicit in censoring those who challenge the mainstream narrative, particularly in regard to vaccines, by using their influence to revoke licenses and suppress research.
- The Need for Justice: The brief emphasizes that my case is not just about me—it's about exposing the corruption in the medical licensing system and ensuring doctors can practice freely without fear of retaliation for their research and views.
