Dr. Paul joins the Independent Medical Alliance to examine a groundbreaking lawsuit

As a pediatrician, I’ve long raised concerns about the safety of the expanding CDC childhood vaccine schedule. Today, that schedule has ballooned to 72 doses by age 18—the highest among developed nations. Yet the shocking truth is this: the CDC has never studied the full schedule for safety in its entirety.
That’s why I am honored to appear on the Independent Medical Alliance program, hosted by Dr. Liz Mumper, alongside attorney Rick Jaffe and my colleague Dr. Ken Stoller. Together, we discuss the landmark federal lawsuit now challenging the CDC to finally conduct the research it has long avoided.
Rick Jaffe, Esq., is leading this case, representing both Dr. Stoller and myself as physician plaintiffs. Our professional lives have been upended simply for questioning vaccine policy and sharing concerns about the adverse outcomes we observed in patients. This legal effort is about more than us—it is about scientific accountability, parental rights, and the health of our children.
“Whether you’re a parent, policymaker, or practitioner, this case raises questions that cut to the core of public health and parental rights.”

I encourage you to watch the full program here and share it widely. This is a crucial conversation about transparency, evidence, and the future of pediatric health.
