I’m starting this year thoughtful, grateful, humble, and with anticipation. I anticipate greater peace, serenity, more robust health and fitness, and healing relationships. It starts with me. What am I willing to do? What health habits can I make more consistent? Who can I reach out to and extend love and acceptance? The person I most need to forgive is myself. I’m getting there. Those who may have done something to harm me, or judged or withheld love, I have forgiven and moved on. Do I miss some of the meaningful relationships that have been lost or diminished these past few years? Sure, I do. I will continue to love, hope for, and work for peace and reconciliation. Last year brought a new grandson, Quincy. This year, three more grandkids are already on the way, and... I start the year recently engaged to the love of my life. I’m blessed, and blessings and health are my wishes for you. Every year I always start the year off like everyone else and begin with the NEW me. You know the one that eats better, exercises more, drinks only the best that water has to offer and is my most wonderful loving self. And just like so many, that lasts for about 3-6 weeks (less as I get older) and then it’s back to just me being me. So, I decided to do this year differently. I am giving myself the entire first week of the NEW year to eat and drink what I want. I am spending time processing last year and setting my intentions and doing some spiritual gratitude and soul work to ensure this year is the best. I am staying up late and sleeping in. I feel better prepared on January 8th to welcome this year because it gave me time to reflect on last year and be grateful for what I have and look forward to what I can bring to the world this year. I feel stronger than ever in my passion for living life leading in love in all I do. I am committed to my relationships. I have a few more days to play and gain as much weight as I can before the work begins!!! The one thing that I love most is being able to be joyful and full of love!!! Here’s to everyone getting everything they need to live the best that life has to offer. The Vaccine-Friendly Plan
Dr. Paul's book, The Vaccine-Friendly Plan, may not align with his latest findings on the Vaxxed-Unvaxxed data. However, it still serves as a valuable tool for those who follow the CDC schedule. The book offers peer-reviewed information encouraging parents and guardians to think critically about vaccine decisions. While Dr. Paul cautions against following the Vaccine-Friendly Plan, it can still be a helpful resource for those seeking a starting point for their vaccine journey.
Dr. Paul's research: https://www.mdpi.com/1660-4601/17/22/8674/pdf, though wrongfully retracted as shown in this study: Revisiting Excess Diagnoses of Illnesses and Conditions in Children Whose Parents Provided Informed Permission to Vaccinate clearly shows that those children who were not vaccinated were much healthier than those who followed the Vaccine-Friendly Plan. |
