As I journey into this next stage of my life, I focus more on wellness and what that means. It is challenging to get all the nutrient-rich foods we need. We don't always know what we are lacking. When coaching for wellness, there is a lot to consider. At Kids First 4 Ever, we focus on the four guiding principles of our children's development: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. These principles must be focused on from infancy and nurtured throughout our children's lives. Most of my integrative colleagues and I have used Wellevate and Fullscript for decades to promote wellness and address nutrient deficiencies and needs. They are now under one roof with the Fullscript branding. They only work with the top supplement companies – several hundred and carry thousands of options. When I was in practice (I'm retired now), I extended a 25% discount on all supplements. I'm making that 25% discount available to all. Take the liberty to explore here: https://us.fullscript.com/welcome/drpaulapproved/signup * Nothing written here or on the Fullscript platform is intended to diagnose or treat. This is only informational; you should review any changes you make with your trusted healthcare provider. There are many bundles. You can purchase entire bundles or select one or several options in a bundle. You can also search the entire inventory. Remember to review any supplement changes you are thinking of making with your trusted healthcare provider, and it is wise to make only one change at a time to see how it is tolerated. Do you take any supplements? Should you? Where should you purchase your supplements? I have seen the health and robust wellness restoration in those who strategically supplement. Everyone needs vitamin D3+K2. But how much? I suggest you have your vitamin D level tested. Your doctor could order this for you, or you can order it yourself and do it with a finger poke in the comfort of your home. To order your test, you can go here: https://paulthomasmd.rxhometest.com/product/vitamin-d-test Optimal Vitamin D levels are considered to be 50 – 80 Ng/ml. That is the level that provides optimal cancer risk reduction benefits. If you are not supplementing with vitamin D, your level may be less than 50 and likely is less than 30. Normal vitamin D levels are considered 30 – 100 Ng/ml. Vitamin D has numerous other important functions, like absorbing calcium (the K2 helps ensure extra calcium to the bone where it belongs). Vitamin D is also essential for your body's immune system and many other vital biochemical processes. Photo by Michele Blackwell on Unsplash If you have any chronic condition (most of us do), then you almost certainly have one or more nutrient deficiencies. Unlike the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance), which is a bare minimum requirement to prevent the most severe diseases of that nutrient deficiency, when you have a chronic deficiency, you will need much higher levels of supplementation to restore health. So, supplement when your body needs something it is not getting from the diet. But which supplement company can you trust, and where do you get it? One of the challenges of some mega-online stores is quality control, and you may not be able to trust that what you are getting is what the label says you are getting or that it is not a knock-off of a reputable brand. Here are a few examples of bundles: (You must be logged in to Fullscript to view)
Working with so many of you is an honor as we navigate the journey to optimal wellness together. In reality, lifestyle changes plus strategic supplementation ushers in a whole new level of health and fitness. To Your Health!
