I’m starting this year thoughtful, grateful, humble, and with anticipation. I anticipate greater peace, serenity, more robust health and fitness, and healing relationships. It starts with me. Every year I always start the year off like everyone else and begin with the NEW me. You know the one that eats better, exercises more, drinks only the best that water has to offer and is my most wonderful loving self. And just like so many, that lasts for about 3-6 weeks (less as I get older) and then it’s back to just me being me. So, I decided to do this year differently. I am giving myself the entire first week of the NEW year to eat and drink what I want. I am spending time processing last year and setting my intentions and doing some spiritual gratitude and soul work to ensure this year is the best. I am staying up late and sleeping in. I feel better prepared on January 8th to welcome this year because it gave me time to reflect on last year and be grateful for what I have and look forward to what I can bring to the world this year. I feel stronger than ever in my passion for living life leading in love in all I do. I am committed to my relationships. Do you know your vitamin D level? Why is it important?![]() Photo by Michele Blackwell on Unsplash Vitamin D is a hormone that helps your body absorb and retain calcium and phosphorus, both crucial for bone health. It also boosts the immune system, lowers inflammation, and promotes heart health. Over the past 20 years, I have measured vitamin D levels for thousands of patients. Most were severely deficient, and almost nobody had levels in the optimal range of 50 – 80 ng/ml (125-200 nmol/L). Normal levels are considered by most labs to be around 30 – 100 ng/ml (75-250 nmol/L). Labs will report your results in either ng/ml or nmol/L, and it's important to note that 1 ng/ml equals 2.5 nmol/L. While you may not be aware that you are deficient, it is possible that your fatigue, bone pain, muscle weakness, immune challenges, depression, or anxiety may be related to low vitamin D levels. What Can You Do?You can get your vitamin level tested in the comfort of your home HERE or have your physician or healthcare provider order the test for you. ![]() Photo by Vitolda Klein on Unsplash If you have a vitamin D deficiency, exposure to sunshine can help maintain good levels, but to raise low levels requires supplementation. This is the one vitamin (actually a hormone) for which there are no foods naturally high in vitamin D. Fortified products like milk and orange juice are available, but you would have to consume them in excessive quantities (gallons daily) to get enough. There is some vitamin D in fish or fish oils, but not enough to rectify a deficiency state. Before retiring this past year, I promoted vitamin D supplementation for the past two decades. Infants were advised to take 1000 IU daily, children 2000 IU daily, and teens and adults 4000 or 5000 IU daily. Not one ever reached levels anywhere near the high range of normal, and sometimes double these amounts were required to get vitamin D levels into the optimal range. Navigating Childhood Immunizations: Your Right to Choose and the Importance of Informed Decisions8/1/2023 Are vaccines required for your child to attend school? ![]() Photo by Element5 Digital on Unsplash With summer winding down and schools about to open, parents around the country (USA) have received or will receive letters of exclusion from their child’s school. The letter will state that your child is required to be up to date on their childhood immunizations according to the CDC, or they will not be allowed to attend school. You are not told that other than a handful of states that have eliminated both the religious and the philosophical exemptions, you are free to do whatever you believe is best for your child. You can do some, all, or none of the childhood vaccines. Each state may have a different form or process but rest assured; it is the law of your state that you have this right; the freedom to choose. To learn more about the specifics for your state, NVIC (National Vaccine Information Center) https://www.nvic.org has all the information you need. ![]() If you live in California, New York, West Virginia, Maine, and possibly Mississippi, the only exemption allowed is a medical exemption. All states allow medical exemptions, which is where a doctor writes a medical exemption. The challenge for doctors is that the states only allow medical exemptions according to the CDC guidelines, which means you can only get exemptions for a vaccine that has caused death or a severe anaphylactic reaction. They essentially don’t allow exemptions for all vaccines. More importantly, doctors who write medical exemptions invite an investigation by their state medical board and risk losing their medical license. This has made medical exemptions something, in theory, one could hope to get, but in reality, and practically speaking, medical exemptions no longer exist. So, what do you do if you live in one of the states that only allow medical exemptions? Basically, you either must get your child up to date, home school, or leave the state for one that allows religious or philosophical exemptions. If you feel you have no choice but to get your child up to date, I highly recommend that you consult a medical provider to help you figure out the safest way to do this. For most of my career as a pediatrician, I witnessed the capture of the doctor-patient relationship, the treatment options, and ultimately the entire infrastructure of our medical system. We have a sick care system. Healthy people don’t use medical services—the pharmaceutical industry profits when we are ill, especially when we have chronic conditions needing life-long medication. I had a front-row seat to the vaccine show and saw with my own eyes and heard the hundreds of stories with my own ears of health destroyed by vaccines. The data is in, and the debate only continues due to junk “tobacco” science and censorship. Once you know the truth, there is no going back. We cannot unsee what we have seen, unhear what we have heard, and unknow what we know. If you have been paying attention, perhaps you have noticed a few things have changed these past three years. Public health authorities seemed to have more power than the leaders of nations. They grabbed emergency powers, “war on COVID,” and unelected people were able to force the shutdown of businesses, schools, and places of worship, require people to wear harmful masks, take shots that were harmful and, in many cases, deadly and by weaponizing fear got most of the world to go along with this. ![]() There is censorship and massive propaganda by almost all the captured mainstream media and social media outlets. This has created divisions; political, religious, gender, racial, and even science has been weaponized. Let’s be clear, science is never settled, and nobody owns “the science.” Many of the best doctors and health care providers, those who promote health and wellness, have been marginalized or “canceled,” as when your state licensing board takes away your license. How do we prepare for what may come next? We move away from the broken and captured system and build a parallel system that promotes health and wellness. This is more than just health care. We will need to reclaim our power and sovereignty. Free people unite into communities of families and extended families and like-minded, freedom-loving individuals who will develop local communities to support one another during the next “crisis.” These communities will need independent ways to communicate, trade, and support one another. With the looming digital IDs, health passports, and digital currencies that will be used to control the movement and commerce of the masses, the time to prepare to opt out and live free and independent of government overreach is now. If you value freedom, the time is now. How, might you ask? Start with taking responsibility for your health and that of your family. This may mean a greenhouse or garden. From Rhodesia to America: Unveiling the Realities of Freedom Amidst Societal Turmoil and Global PandemicsToday is July 4th. I was born in the USA. For those who call this country home, as I do, this date is celebrated as Independence Day. It is a celebration of the Declaration of Independence from the colonial rule of Great Britain. ![]() I grew up in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe). As a child, I was free to play and explore with my friends, with the only instruction being to be home by dark for dinner. The Prime Minister, Ian Smith, and his government declared Independence from Britain in 1965. It was their flag that I refused to raise as the head boy of my school as it represented an apartheid-like white rule that, in effect, kept my African friends being treated very poorly. They were not free! There were white-only swimming pools, and neighborhoods were segregated, as were the schools. The high-paying jobs and career tracts were primarily reserved for privileged whites. ![]() Bishop Abel Muzorewa, a family friend who was in our home often, would become the first Black prime minister of Zimbabwe in 1979. During the struggle for independence for the African people of Southern Africa, the tactic used by the minority white governments was to prevent gatherings of opponents, arrest and lock up African leaders who were seen as a threat (for example, Nelson Mandela of South Africa) and restrict the free movement of the African people. Speech was monitored. Movements were monitored. It is also worth noting that in any freedom movement or fight, the oppressor will use derogatory terms for the “enemy.” In Rhodesia, those fighting for freedom were called gorillas by the white government but called freedom fighters by those struggling for equality and freedom. So, what are your requirements for freedom? The basics we all need for survival are food, water, and shelter. Without that, you are in the most basic of fights for survival. Could you survive if the power grid were taken offline or some other massive events cut off commerce? But beyond survival, what does freedom mean to you? What freedoms are non-negotiable? The USA First Amendment to the United States Constitution prevents the government from regulating our religion, speech, freedom of the press (communication), and the right to assemble. This has been in place since 1791! I would add one primary requirement for freedom: the right to bodily integrity. No government or institution, or person should have the right to force another to take a shot, vaccine, medication, or surgery. Regardless of the “emergency.” In the past three years of “war” against “COVID,” we saw censorship on virtually all major platforms of communication (free speech & press), churches and places of worship, and businesses shut down (right of assembly and religion), and a massive attempt to coerce and mandate shots of an experimental technology that has proven to be extremely harmful. We, the people of the world, need to unite over our basic rights to have access to food, water, and shelter, and we must refuse to listen to those who now control the messaging that was used against us. How do we do this? Place your trust in the sources of information that have taken a stand for freedom and paid a high price to stand for truth and justice. If you are reading this, you are on the right track. Platforms that censor need to be abandoned and thus marginalized. That includes most mainstream “news” where talking heads read teleprompters of information sent to them by the masters of misinformation, disinformation, and propaganda. Take a page from the Amish, who don’t watch TV. They were essentially spared the devastation of COVID-19 that most of the world experienced. Look at the wildlife in the forest. They, too, were spared. In fact, had we spent our time walking in nature and ignoring Fauci, public health announcements, and the 24/7news of “the sky is falling,” the whole mess that was COVID-19 would have gone the way of Zika, Ebola, and Monkey Pox. While the world seems to be in a perpetual war, and people are fighting each other over so many issues, there is another way, and always will be. We must reject their fearful ways, always choose freedom, and live from a place of LOVE!
Holding the Oregon Medical Board Accountable And Why The Vaccine-Friendly Plan is not so "friendly".7/2/2023 ![]() When I published the book “The Vaccine-Friendly Plan” with co-author Jennifer Margulis in 2016, this was a shot across the bow of the CDC. I was essentially saying: there is a better way, a safer way to vaccinate. Let me be absolutely clear about the data that prompted this book. I was seeing too many children regressing into severe, non-verbal autism and children were sick all the time, with repeated infections and more and more chronic conditions. WHY? That is the question every doctor, parent and you would think the CDC, NIH and public health officials would want to ask! As I looked at the data from my practice at that time, one thing was clear; the unvaccinated had no autism. To me autism was the canary in the coal mine. These children were warning us that something very horrible was happening, and it was clear and is crystal clear now, that it is something we are doing. IATROGENIC! Meaning we the doctors, we, are doing something that is harming our children. I was aware of the environmental toxins that are harmful. But it was becoming clear that vaccines were perhaps the biggest environmental toxin. Afterall, we inject toxins like mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde and much more, bypassing the usual way our body keeps toxins out of the body when we eat, drink or inhale toxins. The Oregon Medical Board (OMB) started papering me with requests for data, basically fishing for some way to discredit the facts in my book. They had no patient complaints against me, which is typically what prompts a medical board investigation. In early 2019 I got the letter that should change the world. The OMB asked that I prove that the Vaccine-Friendly Plan was as safe as the CDC vaccine schedule. So, we did. I hired an outside independent highly qualified expert pediatrician, informatics expert to pull the data for every child born into my practice and look at all health outcomes, comparing them to the number of vaccines each child received. This was real world data. The most powerful of all data. What did we find? The unvaccinated were significantly healthier when compared to age matched vaccinated children in my practice. Typically, 400-500% (4-5X) healthier. ![]()
Here’s the real shocker … These vaccinated children were all essentially following some slower alternative vaccine approach. Essentially, they were Vaccine-Friendly vaccinated! They had less than half the vaccines that a CDC-vaccinated child would have. They rarely had the Hepatitis B vaccine at birth or in early childhood. They were taking only one aluminum containing vaccine at a time. They were generally waiting until at least age 3 to get the MMR. They would generally stop vaccinating if they saw any issues with the development of their child. Take home message: The Vaccine-Friendly Plan is not “friendly” enough. To say this another way; there are no safe vaccines! PERIOD.
Let me emphasize one important take home message for parents who are vaccinating. You can stop at any time. My data, later analyzed and published by Lyons-Weiler and Blaylock shows that your child’s health outcomes if you stop vaccinating, will be twice as good as those for children who continue to get vaccines. This publication also looked at the reasoning behind the retraction of the paper above and found “using a variety of exhaustive methods, that the anonymous reader’s concerns that led to the retraction of Lyons-Weiler and Thomas (2020) were unfounded.” So, what was the effect of the OMB emergently suspending my license on December 3rd. 2020? This was done a few days after my publication above showing how incredibly well unvaccinated children did when it comes to all health outcomes, became available online. I could not see or interact with any patient, and effectively I lost all insurance contracts, board certifications and the other state licenses eventually followed removing my ability to practice medicine anywhere. My practice which had over 15,000 active patients dwindled over three years to under 6,000 and we lost several providers who were fearful of being associated with me. I am now retired. Too many of the country’s best physicians have lost their licenses, been let go from their jobs or are in the process of fighting for their careers, board certifications and licenses to practice medicine.
