    Why trusting your intuition and protecting your child from a broken system matters more than ever

    I was recently interviewed on episode 409 of the Birthing Instincts podcast, hosted by Blyss Young and Dr. Stuart Fischbein. The episode is titled “Facts on VAX and so much else with Dr. Paul Thomas” and covers the real and urgent issues families face today when it comes to pediatric health and vaccinations
    During our conversation, I shared what I’ve learned through years of pediatric practice, research, and listening to parents—especially when it comes to the outcomes we’ve seen in vaccinated vs. unvaccinated children, and the troubling financial incentives that exist within the medical system​. These are just some of the themes we explore in the book VAX FACTS, co-authored with DeeDee Hoover (JAM—Just a Mom), which we wrote to help families make fully informed decisions.

    Vaccines and Autism: New Study Confirms Risk | Lyons-Weiler & Blaylock Analysis

    Study shows Vaccines Cause Autism and NDDs (Neurodevelopmental disorders)

    While the public health agencies, the CDC, the AAP, and most doctors are still repeating the old lie that “vaccines are safe and effective” and that there is no link between vaccines and autism, more and more data and studies are proving without a doubt that vaccines are indeed a strong cause of autism.
    This latest study, just published in January 2025 by Anthony R. Mawson and Binu Jacob, looked at government data for 47,155 nine-year-old children enrolled in the Florida Medicaid program since birth. The authors make these statements:
    • Childhood vaccination is associated with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
    • Increasing numbers of vaccinations lead to a higher risk of autism.
    • Vaccinated preterm babies are at greater risk of neurodevelopmental disorders than unvaccinated babies.

    It turns out that those well-child visits at the pediatrician’s office are actually vaccine visits, and the more you have, the more likely it is that your child becomes autistic.

    With autism rates already at 1/36 in the USA, and higher for boys and higher for those with family histories of autism or other neurodevelopmental issues, it is time to STOP vaccinating children while we take a thorough look at the vaccines.
    This is the latest study in a growing list of well-done studies all showing the same results: vaccines are increasing childhood chronic diseases, neurodevelopmental conditions and infections, allergies, and autoimmunity.
    The data from 2008–2015 from my practice (published in the book The Vaccine-Friendly Plan) from 2008–2015 showed no autism in the unvaccinated and a rate of 1/60 for those most vaccinated, who were essentially following the CDC schedule. Notice that for those following the Vaccine-Friendly Plan (about half the number of vaccines as the CDC schedule and given one at a time and more delayed), there were 3 cases of autism that resolved by the time of the published data. The resolution was likely because any child who was showing developmental delays would no longer get any vaccines, and other measures were taken to attempt to heal and reverse the course of their health challenges.

    ​Mawson et al. published the important data showing the correlation between vaccines and numerous health conditions.

    Chronic illness was 2.4 times more common in vaccinated children. Neurodevelopmental disorders, autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities were 3.7–5.2 times more common in the vaccinated when compared to the unvaccinated.
    The data from the Hooker and Miller 2020 study, Analysis of health outcomes in vaccinated and unvaccinated children: Developmental delays, asthma, ear infections and gastrointestinal disorders, showed a very statistically significant doubling of developmental delays and ear infections in the vaccinated and a 4.5-times increase in asthma in the vaccinated when compared to unvaccinated children.

    The data from my practice, which included all children born into the practice over a 10.5-year period, confirmed the 300–400% increase in numerous conditions when compared to the unvaccinated.

    Notice that for all the conditions— asthma, allergic rhinitis, urticaria, breathing issues, eye disorders, behavioral issues, ADHD, and infections (ears, respiratory, skin, and all infections)—the orange line representing the vaccinated children rises over the 10 years of data to much higher levels. This represents more cases and more severity of these conditions for the vaccinated when compared to the unvaccinated. There were 5 times more vaccinated in this study, so the numbers for the unvaccinated were multiplied by 5 to make up for the difference in group sizes.​
    ​This landmark article, which I co-authored with James Lyons-Weiler, was published in November 2020 in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health (PDF Version: https://www.mdpi.com/1660-4601/17/22/8674/pdf).
    Full disclosure: after 6 months and 250,000 downloads, the article was wrongfully retracted based on one complaint that was absolutely without merit. Days after this article was available online, my license to practice medicine was emergently suspended with the accusation that I was a threat to public health. More accurately, I was a threat to vaccine profits. The health of our children is being destroyed by vaccines, as these studies and many more show. We now have hundreds of articles that document vaccine harm.
    One thing parents fear the most is the death of their child, for whatever reason! The public panic, fanned by misleading media coverage of measles claiming that two children have died in Texas this year from measles, is unfortunately misguided. Both children died from medical mismanagement, and it is clear now that neither child actually died of measles, and likely neither of them even had a measles infection— they certainly didn’t have measles at the time of death. For in-depth analysis of the measles stories, I refer you to the Children’s Health Defense online journal The Defender and to CHDTV.
    Vaccines are the leading cause of SIDS. The USA has one of the worst infant mortality rates, and it is getting worse. The most recent data released by the CDC on infant mortality states that in 2022 there were over 20,000 infant deaths. https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/databriefs/db492-tables.pdf#5
    The number three cause of infant deaths, behind congenital and chromosomal issues and deaths related to prematurity and low birth weight (something that is also increased by vaccines during pregnancy), is SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome). More than 7,000 deaths are listed as "all other causes." Undoubtedly, many of these are also vaccine-related but simply not recognized. Many infant deaths are labeled as suffocation when, in fact, it was likely a vaccine issue.

    In the chapter on SIDS in my latest book VAX FACTS (vaxfactsbook.com), I make it clear that most SIDS (78%) represents an infant dying in the first week after vaccines. They are not dying in the week before vaccines.
    Parents, we are called to protect and nurture our children. It is long overdue that we recognize vaccines for the danger they really are. Please understand that the unvaccinated are the healthiest children of all. Not one unvaccinated child in my practice, over the 35 years of my pediatric career, died of a disease for which there are vaccines. The natural immune system is amazing. These children (and I have cared for over 1,000 unvaccinated children) are the healthiest of all. They rarely get sick, and when they do, they recover quickly.
    We live in a very toxic world today with contaminated food, water, and air, along with EMF (Electromagnetic Frequencies) that at times stresses our bodies beyond their ability to maintain health. We need to pay attention to eating organic, drinking well-filtered water, avoiding mold-contaminated indoor environments, and minimizing EMF exposure.
    Stress is perhaps the most underappreciated toxin in our world. Screens add stress. Our homes need to be that safe place for the entire family. We all benefit from time in nature, sunshine, and grounding (walking barefoot on the ground or on a sandy beach).

    The more information we get, the better we are at making informed decisions. The issue seems to be that not everyone understands what true informed consent means. Luckily, I feel the tides are changing, and more information will come out regarding the lack of safety of vaccines. I struggle with understanding why vaccines haven’t been truly tested. The inserts even say there are side effects, one of which can be death, so how do you then say “they are safe and effective”?
    I truly enjoy coaching parents regarding vaccine choices when it comes to supporting them in finding the strength and confidence within them to make the choices that are best for their children and family.

    There is misinformation regarding measles and other infections this year. The hope for many of us was that RFK Jr. would be making these changes. Anything he does or says is being changed into what the media wants you to know. It seems clear that no matter what is said publicly, it gets distorted by mainstream media and the establishment. The fear-mongering is damaging to those of us that are in this fight to do the best for our children, as we are left feeling like we have no rights to make the best decisions for us. I truly hope that we can stay strong. Find your tribe! Arm yourself with the skills to stand up for you and your family.

    As time goes by, my prayer is that the divide in this world will change. Please don't ever let someone—anyone—tell you what to do. What we put into our bodies and our children should be our choice. Allowing the government to decide what we should do is simply insanity to me, and mandates are next-level stupidity.

    When Truth Isn’t Heard in Court, We Speak Louder: The Fight for Medical Freedom Continues

    ​We were among the 99% of cases the Supreme Court chooses not to hear—but that won’t stop us from speaking louder for informed consent.

    This morning, we received the news that the Supreme Court has decided not to hear our case.
    Officially, the petition for writ of certiorari was denied.
    For those who have followed this fight from the beginning, you know this case wasn't just about me, Dr. Paul. It was about all of us — about the right of parents to choose, about doctors being able to speak openly with patients, and about protecting the sacred principle of informed consent.
    As DeeDee so honestly shared:
    “We kept going up all these steps thinking that somebody would hear the truth... that what this man went through... what it means to all the families out there... somebody at a high level would say, 'Hey, that's wrong.'"
    While we didn’t get our day in the highest court, this is not the end of our mission. It is simply another step in a journey we have always known would require resilience, faith, and the support of a community that believes in truth.
    Our case, at its core, challenged the actions of the Oregon Medical Board. After we published the now-famous "Vaxxed-Unvaxxed" study showing that unvaccinated children were healthier by many measures, I was stripped of my license and silenced from sharing real-world data from my own practice. This was a direct assault on both scientific freedom and the sacred doctor-patient relationship.

    And while the petition wasn’t granted review, we were not alone in this fight. Four powerful amicus briefs were submitted in support—by the National Health Federation (NHF), Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN), the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS), and experts James Lyons-Weiler and Dr. Russell Blaylock.
    Their words spoke volumes:
    “Vaccines are dangerous. Institutions are complicit in concealing the danger, and enriching the perpetrators. Dr. Thomas should be afforded the opportunity to expose in court the corruption, and in the process regain his license necessary to the proper functioning of his data collection and scientific publication.”

    “If the Ninth Circuit’s decision is permitted to stand... it will function as a blanket pardon for any wrongdoing by any medical board employee or staff member.”
    ​— ICAN Amicus Brief
    “Absolute immunity is inappropriate for state officials who make licensure decisions... it becomes unsafe for any professional or licensee to speak out on controversial issues.”
    ​— AAPS Amicus Brief
    We know why the case mattered. The truth was laid out. But the Supreme Court can only accept about 1% of the cases it's asked to hear. We were among the 99% that don’t make it through that narrow gate.
    Still, the truth remains. And the movement continues.
    We will not let this setback silence the growing awareness around medical freedom, informed refusal, and the corruption within captured institutions. Instead, we ask you to stand with us, speak louder, and help share what mainstream channels continue to suppress.

    Call for Prayer: March 21st – A Critical Moment for Medical Freedom

    Dr. Paul Thomas’ legal action against the Oregon Medical Board reaches a pivotal moment as the U.S. Supreme Court will consider his petition for a writ of certiorari at its conference on March 21, 2025.

    ​For years, Dr. Paul has fought tirelessly for informed consent, the right of patients and parents to receive full and transparent medical information. In return, the Oregon Medical Board stripped him of his license, silencing his ability to practice and preventing him from continuing his groundbreaking research. Now, his case is before the highest court in the land, and we ask for your prayers and support at this critical juncture.

    ​The Journey to the Supreme Court

    This petition follows an extensive legal battle and the support of multiple amicus briefs filed on Dr. Paul’s behalf, reinforcing the fundamental rights at stake:
    • The Right to Discovery – To expose the actions of medical boards that target doctors for speaking out.
    • The Right to Free Speech – To protect doctors from being silenced when presenting science-based, patient-centered alternatives.
    • The Right to Medical Freedom – To ensure that informed consent remains a protected principle in healthcare.
    ​These briefs—filed by organizations such as the National Health Federation (NHF), the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN), and the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS)—highlight the grave consequences of suppressing medical truth and advocate for Dr. Paul’s right to a fair trial. They argue that his license was unjustly revoked, not based on patient complaints or harm, but because of his stance on medical freedom and informed choice

    On March 21, 2025, the nine Supreme Court justices will meet to decide whether to hear Dr. Paul’s case. If granted, this would be a historic moment—not just for Dr. Paul, but for every physician and patient who values the right to informed medical decisions.
