    I am honored to share that the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) has filed an amicus brief in support of my case before the U.S. Supreme Court. ICAN has been at the forefront of advocating for transparency in medical decision-making, the right to informed consent, and ensuring that Americans have access to scientifically sound health information. Their brief is a powerful defense of medical freedom, exposing how state medical boards are being weaponized against doctors who simply provide patients with full and honest medical information​.

This brief emphasizes the importance of protecting our First Amendment rights as physicians, especially when it comes to speaking openly about vaccines and other health matters that may not align with the mainstream narrative.
    The AAPS has a long history of advocating for the preservation of the patient-physician relationship and standing up against governmental overreach. In this brief, they make a compelling case for why state medical boards like the Oregon Medical Board should not be granted absolute immunity when retaliating against doctors who simply express their professional opinions on controversial topics, such as vaccines.

In my case, it's not just about my right to speak on vaccine safety—it’s about ensuring that all professionals have the freedom to share their research and opinions, no matter how controversial they may be.
    Here are a few key points from the AAPS amicus brief:
    • First Amendment Rights: The brief argues that government officials, including medical board members, should not be allowed to infringe on a doctor’s right to free speech. My research and views on vaccines are just that—views backed by science and my personal experience—but the Oregon Medical Board tried to silence me, and this brief is asking the Court to protect my right to speak freely without fear of retaliation.
    • Qualified Immunity vs. Absolute Immunity: The AAPS highlights the dangerous precedent of granting absolute immunity to medical boards. This type of immunity could allow state agencies to take retaliatory actions against physicians like me, without any accountability, simply because we hold differing views on public health issues. The brief argues for qualified immunity instead, which offers protection for government officials while still allowing for accountability when their actions infringe on constitutional rights.
    • The Need for Court Intervention: Just like the National Health Federation’s brief, the AAPS amicus brief underscores the need for the U.S. Supreme Court to intervene and address the power imbalance that allows these medical boards to suppress alternative viewpoints and force conformity to pharmaceutical interests. The brief makes it clear that this is not just about my case—it’s about ensuring that doctors everywhere can speak freely about medical practices, without risking their careers.

    How the Medical Establishment Silences Dissent and What You Need to Know

    It was Dr. Andrew Wakefield’s seminal 1998 article (discussed in JB Handley’s Substack) that planted the first seed of awareness for me. I recall thinking, Hmmm ... could vaccines be related to autism? That little thought reached—one that I imagine many parents have had— started my journey of inquiry. It took me almost a decade to reach the point of knowing, without a doubt, that toxins and vaccines (environmental factors) were either the direct cause or highly involved in the epidemic of chronic diseases in children, including autism.
    Today, we have many studies that make it abundantly clear that our children are suffering due to what is being done to them—through vaccines, toxic food, fluoride in water, and more. Parents, if you are new to this journey of discovery, pause on the vaccines while you make it your mission to learn enough to make an informed decision.

    ​The Truth About Vaccine Safety

    The books mentioned in JB Handley’s article are essential reads, but I also encourage you to explore my latest book, Vax Facts: What to Consider Before Vaccinating at All Ages & Stages of Life, co-authored with DeeDee Hoover (Just a Mom) and published in 2025.
    In Vax Facts, I hold nothing back because I have nothing to lose now. I was forced to relinquish my medical license for publishing a pivotal vaxxed/unvaxxed study that demonstrated vaccinated children experience chronic diseases and infections at 300–800% greater severity than their unvaccinated counterparts. It was my first book, The Vaccine-Friendly Plan, that threatened the CDC’s "Vaccine Schedule" and triggered my persecution by the Oregon Medical Board.

    Rejecting Junk Science

    ​It is time we expose the truth. The flawed “tobacco science” that has kept parents in the dark about the dangers of vaccines needs to be rejected. Since no proper long-term studies exist on vaccine safety, we must assume they are all unsafe until proven otherwise. That is not an “anti-vaccine” or “anti-science” stance—it is simply applying the basic principles of scientific rigor.
    I support RFK Jr. in calling for real scientific studies. Let’s get the data. The CDC, NIH, and every major medical institution are sitting on vast amounts of data. The solution is simple—just pull the data for all unvaccinated children, age-match them to vaccinated children, and examine all health outcomes. Then, report what you find.
