Coaching:

DeeDee Hoover has been wellness coaching for decades. This coaching has been life-changing for children and teens struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, school, making friends, and life in general. Her coaching, at times, can be simultaneous to getting bodywork. Think of bodywork as a very therapeutic massage (treatment oriented to address stress in the body, for example). While it is not your typical feel-good vacation massage, you will feel fantastic if you are fortunate enough to get a massage from DeeDee. DeeDee's coaching is exceptional if you or your child are in pain, mental, emotional, spiritual, and often physical; the love and support she gives through coaching have been so powerful for many. 

Dr. Paul, in essence, has been coaching children and parents his entire career as a pediatrician in the context of general pediatrics. The coaching after retirement will be very informational, empowering, and valuable for parents trying to navigate any parenting challenges. You won't get a diagnosis and treatment. In the broken medical system that focuses on giving labels and prescriptions, you can get diagnosis and treatment from all those providers in that world. What Dr. Paul's coaching adds is a perspective you can trust and information that has been refined by over 35 years as a pediatrician who was already integrating the best integrative medicine approaches for the multitude of challenges our children face where mainstream medicine doesn't seem to have an answer.
