This brief emphasizes the importance of protecting our First Amendment rights as physicians, especially when it comes to speaking openly about vaccines and other health matters that may not align with the mainstream narrative.
The AAPS has a long history of advocating for the preservation of the patient-physician relationship and standing up against governmental overreach. In this brief, they make a compelling case for why state medical boards like the Oregon Medical Board should not be granted absolute immunity when retaliating against doctors who simply express their professional opinions on controversial topics, such as vaccines.

Rejecting Junk Science
It is time we expose the truth. The flawed “tobacco science” that has kept parents in the dark about the dangers of vaccines needs to be rejected. Since no proper long-term studies exist on vaccine safety, we must assume they are all unsafe until proven otherwise. That is not an “anti-vaccine” or “anti-science” stance—it is simply applying the basic principles of scientific rigor.
I support RFK Jr. in calling for real scientific studies. Let’s get the data. The CDC, NIH, and every major medical institution are sitting on vast amounts of data. The solution is simple—just pull the data for all unvaccinated children, age-match them to vaccinated children, and examine all health outcomes. Then, report what you find.
